Do you deliver throughout Europe?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to process orders within 12 hours.
As a general rule, for all orders placed before 1 pm (CEST), shipping is done the next day.
(Approximate delivery times in Belgium: 1 day, France and the Netherlands: 2-3 days)
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge provided that it has not been sent.
If this is the case, only the shipping and return costs will be your responsibility (provided that the package and the material are in their original condition and have not been opened).

What is the minimum equipment needed to start floorball?
A stick, a pair of shoes suitable for indoor sports and off you go!
Can we test the products? And where?
We have set up a "test" space in our Showroom in Strombeek (a stone's throw from the Atomium).

Can we have our stick shortened ?
Yes we can shorten your stick by a maximum of 5cm on request.
Indicate in the “remarks” box when you validate your basket.
Can I change the blade on my new stick?
We can change the original blade with another model for an additional fee.
