Order and payment

  • Orders are subject to printing errors, inventory errors and price changes. You will always be notified by email if this is the case.
  • All prices include VAT, which is 21%. All prices shown are suggested retail prices, aligned with the competition or the price imposed by Floorball Corner.
  • If you have an account, you can log in and view the content and status of orders you have previously placed. If you don't have an account, the agreement will be visible on the order confirmation you receive by email.
  • Only persons of legal age can order from Floorball Corner, except with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • The invoice amount will be indicated when the order has been sent: All major credit cards, Bancontact Card & Pay Pal.

2-4 working days, if all products are in stock.

Right of withdrawal (Return of a product)

In cases where you regret your purchase; any product can be returned within 365 days of receipt. If you have any regrets about your purchase and would like to be refunded the full purchase amount, you must notify us by email, writing to sales@floorballcorner.net; it is not sufficient to refuse the package without informing us of the withdrawal.

Return:
If you regret your purchase, you must return your order within 14 days at the latest. Floorball Corner cannot compensate for the return costs chosen by the customer.

Please always include your order number when making a return. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you bear the cost of returning the product. The product is your responsibility from the time it is delivered to you until it is returned to us. So make sure that the product is well packaged during transport.

Refund of the invoice amount

If you regret your purchase and want the full invoice amount refunded, you must return all products in the same condition as when you received them. When we receive your return, we will examine the products to assess the condition of the merchandise and refund the corresponding amount with the same type of payment used when purchasing the product or by a voucher of equivalent value to that of the product (s). For example, if you paid for the order with a credit card, the invoice amount will be refunded to the credit card, which was originally used when placing the order, if nothing else was agreed.

For gift cards, the following conditions apply:

  • If you have paid for a gift card and return your items, you will get a new gift card.
  • If you partially paid with a gift card and return your items, you will receive a new gift card with the amount of the returned items, including the remaining amount of your original gift card.

We have the right to wait with the refund until we have received the returned items so that we can check the condition of the goods.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS, USING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You are responsible for a possible deterioration in the value of the product, if the product has been treated in any way other than what is necessary to determine the nature and physical property of the product. If the product has been tried more than that, we consider it used. This means that in the event of a withdrawal, you will only be refunded a certain or no purchase amount, depending on the trading value of the products.

WE DO NOT OFFER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Services and products manufactured or adapted to the individual needs of consumers, where the production process / adaptation has been initiated at the request of the customer. The right of withdrawal is not applicable from the moment you give your consent to Floorball Corner. 
  2. Recreational activities, for which it has been agreed in advance that a service must be provided.

During the purchasing process on our website, we collect a range of personalized data. Please note that you accept our privacy policy when using our website, including our use of Cookies.

Information on dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution portal can be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly important if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here. When submitting a complaint, please enter our email address complaints@floorballcorner.be.

Other

All purchases on our website are made in French. You can still find information about past orders by logging into your account (at the top of our website). Your basket is saved there. If you interrupt your shopping, the contents of your shopping cart will be emailed to you.
